    • You can create different shapes of revision clouds, such as rectangular, polygonal, or freehand.

Syntax & Options:

  • Polygonal: Create a revision cloud with straight-line segments.
  • Freehand: Draw a cloud shape manually by clicking points.
  • Rectangle: Create a cloud in a rectangular shape.

  2. Select the Polygonal option.
  3. Click several points to form the vertices of a polygon that highlights the revision area.
  4. Press Enter to finish the revision cloud.

  2. Choose the Freehand option.
  3. Click and drag the mouse to sketch a cloud shape around the area you wish to highlight.
  4. Release the mouse button when you finish drawing the shape, and it will automatically close the cloud.

These clouds can be adjusted in terms of size, arc length, and shape by using the Properties palette after creation.

The Revision Cloud command is quite customisable according to the revision requirements and aids in identifying parts of the design where updates or modifications have been performed.
